Welcome...

Hello, I'm Kim, a freelance photographer and mother to three beautiful little girls.  I live in Great Ayton, North East England.  I've had great passion for photography my whole life, capturing emotions through pictures and using my creative skills to create dramatic and effective photographs.  I'm 24 with my whole life ahead of me and I plan to live it not just survive it.  At this moment in time I'm working on building up my photography business and portfolio by advertising for different themes. I believe in capturing our lives through photographs of the special moments, celebrations, achievements, our wedding day, our children but also a lot of people forget about the family and friends that pass us by throughout our lives.

I have recently just brought my third baby girl into the world, Lily-Mae.  Within my family there is a genetic heart defect called Brugada Syndrome and Lily-Mae was born with Pulmonary Stenosis which has made me want to give something back, so I've decided to start thinking about doing fundraising for The British Heart Foundation.

So these two reasons are why I've started my blog, my photography and charity work.  Life is too short here and I believe we are all here for a reason.  I am a very spiritual person and adore Sylvia Browne... I find her books so inspirational and interesting and they have give me hope when I've needed it and I plan to live my life the way it should be lived not by others opinions, religions, beliefs, judgments, criticism, how others think we should live it this way or that because they did, but I will live it by what I truly believe, and I'll live it like there is no tomorrow or second chance, because once we are gone, so has that brief lifetime and a chance to make a difference to the world we have left behind.

Trivial every day worries and events are all part of our growing and learning, no matter what happens you will always be stronger and it will be easier if it happened again wouldn't it? Like the saying goes, "what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger"  Its how we learn.  Too many of us live in fear of the unknown, fear rules our lives. Fear of peoples judgements, thoughts, opinions, fear of death, being hurt etc but if we don't experience what it is we are so scared of we will never know.  Another saying "If you knew how little peoples thoughts are about you, you would not worry at all."  The world does not revolve around you! It's up to you how you experience this life and when you do leave lets hope you left something behind.

Thank You for reading.
